"It certainly feels like Groundhog Day at the moment, but thankfully there are things that you can do to inject some fun and giggles into your household. Getting the kids involved in cooking meals at home can create a lot of enjoyment. They get create with their hands, they get to learn how to cook a new dish and most importantly they get to eat healthy meals. However, it can sometimes be difficult to come up with an easy to follow meal that kids would get excited about cooking, this is where Cook School comes in!"

How food businesses are helping us beat lockdown boredom... Food educators Cook School produce boxes for children to cook a healthy meal for their families and include a QR code that links to a video of children cooking the dishes (so they can learn from their peers) and a card with links to videos teaching skills needed for the recipe.

Cinnamon buns – the best you’ll ever make!

Delicious, gooey, lightly spiced, yeast-raised spirals - apparently the most popular baking recipe during lockdown 2! Our version, tested by students, is a simple bread dough swirled with cinnamon and a little sugar, additional cream cheese icing is optional. Let us know if you make them, we'd love to see!
